The Wild Harvest Woven Blanket
There's a stillness that comes with the first cool morning. When the earth releases its secrets to those who know how to listen.
Your basket fills slowly. Carefully.
Each treasure earned through patience rather than speed. The quiet satisfaction of hands that understand seasons, that can read the language written in soil and shadow.
Later, in the warmth of your kitchen, you'll transform what others couldn't even see. Turn the overlooked into something extraordinary.
This feeling - of knowing, of finding, of creating something beautiful from what the world offers freely - settles into the spaces where you rest. Where you remember that the best things aren't rushed.
They're discovered by people who still believe in slowing down enough to notice.
A personalized mushroom blanket for the forager, the cook and the cottagecore slow-food lover.
Make it uniquely yours ✨

Need to cancel? A personalized order can be canceled any time before you approve your proof. Once you approve, it goes to the loom within about two hours and can't be changed after that. For a non-personalized order, write to me as soon as you can at hello@bythenook.com.
Nothing gets woven until you've seen a proof and told me it's right.
-
The four Steps
You order and tell me what you'd like — names, book titles, a quote, whatever the design allows.
I draw a proof and send it within 48 hours. You look it over and tell me if anything's off. We fix it until it's right.
Once you approve it, and not before, it goes to the loom.
-
What you can put on it
A name, a date, or a little love note. The titles of the books they've read three times. The year everything changed. An inside joke only the two of you get.
Whatever means something to them is the right answer. Every design has its own space for it, and the product page shows you what fits.
Any language too — Hebrew, Arabic, Mandarin, whatever you type is what I'll weave. You'll see it on the proof first.
When they wrap up in it, there should be no mistaking who it was made for.
-
If something's not right
If a name comes out wrong and it was my mistake, send me a photo and I'll replace it, no charge. If it slipped past on your end, reach out anyway — I've been there, and I'll set you up with a discount on a new one.
If you don't reply to your proof, I'll follow up once. After 48 hours with no answer I send it as-is so your order isn't stuck — so it's worth opening that email.
You can cancel a personalized order any time before you approve the proof. After that it's on the loom.

Ask before you order
hello@bythenook.com — that's me.
If you're unsure whether a name will fit, or which design suits the person you're buying for, ask first. I'd rather answer a question than replace a blanket.
Tell me who they are and I'll tell you what I'd pick. That's my favourite kind of message.
